The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) conducts the NABARD Grade B Recruitment process once in a year. The candidate can apply for the post of Grade B Managers. The Candidates will have to undergo a proper selection process divided into three steps (stage) namely: Prelims exam, Mains exam, and a Personal Interview session.

The NABARD Grade B officers get more salary, allowances and more perks. The career growth opportunities or the chances to get the promotion to the next level are open.

There are two Grades in NABARD namely NABARD Grade A and NABARD Grade B. NABARD Grade A exam is for the post of Assistant Manager whereas NABARD Grade B exam is for the post of Manager. But Grade A and Grade B differences go far beyond just the title of the job.

NABARD Grade B Eligibility-

Educational Qualifications:

  • Post graduation in any subject from any recognized university with 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/PWBD). Candidates should have a minimum 60 per cent in Class 10, 12, Graduation and PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels or a minimum 60 per cent or equivalent in Class 10, 12, Graduation, PG, and Professional degree (CA/CS/CWA) or a minimum of 60 per cent or equivalent in Class 10, 12, graduation. PG and PhD.
  • Candidates must have experience of three years (SC/PWBD is two years) in related sectors such as Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied, and Rural Development.

  • Candidates between 25 and 32 years
